Survey for Pallara residents past current or future

A survey for residents of Pallara, whether you are a current, past or future resident.  This survey is to get a rough gauge of what information of the area is either known or should be made know to those that have a interest in living in this suburb.

No personal information is gathered and the only information kept are the answers to the questions.  This survey is to help me gauge the future of the Facebook Page that I am a administrator for namely being the Pallara Brisbane Queensland Australia page.

Most questions will be multiple choice and some allowing multiple answers depended on the question being asked.  On computers when you select your answers there is a small near invisible rectangle above the link that say see results, on mobile devices the vote button should be visible.

Are you a current, past or furure resident?

The following is in regards to any further development of Pallara, whether you agree or disagree that residents should be consulted before council approves any more development or subdivision.  I know there are plans to subdivide most of Pallara, which will see many having to sell their homes or sell most of their land if they wish to continue to live here.

Should residents be consulted prior to any future development is approved?

The Pallara park that was opened as a park in 1996, is situated on what was the original toxic dump, a fact that many had no knowledge of.  Since 1996 the council has neglected to add basic amenities such as toilets, a barbeque area or add proper sporting fields for local residents to use.  A dog park was added but that was created more for residents of surrounding suburbs as most local residents live on acreage and have no real need of it.  Local residents have campaigned for years to get a local bus route established, considering buses must travel through Pallara to start routes for surrounding suburbs this could have been implemented.

Do you think local council and the state Government have neglected Pallara for way too long?

I originally started the page to try share local news, for local businesses or residents to advertise their businesses and for local residents to be able to get to know each other.  Besides the support given by people liking, sharing or commenting, or giving me documents or photos to share on the page, the page hasn’t developed how I was hoping.  This last question relates to what you might like to see more of or could / would be willing to help with.  For those wishing to remain anonymous what you wish to share can be emailed and then posted to the page as has been happening with most of the posts. Multiple answers can be selected.

What would you like to see more of or could / would help with giving more information about?
